Some deliverables are provided as hands-on ("done-for-you") services; some steps — such as creating developer accounts or accepting store agreements — can only be performed by you, with Foundyra guiding and verifying them.
Foundyra provides tools, guidance, and delivery services. It does not guarantee validation results, app store approval, revenue, or business success. Validation signals measure demand for a promise; they do not guarantee outcomes.
No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing projects; no spam or harassment via generated outreach; no attempts to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform; comply with the terms of third-party platforms (app stores, social networks, analytics providers) in your use of Foundyra outputs.
Aggregate, anonymized usage patterns improve the platform's recommendations for all customers. Your private project content and strategy are never shared with other customers.
Early access terms are presented at signup. Paid tiers and done-for-you services are priced and agreed before any charge.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rynova Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business outcomes, store rejections, or actions by third-party platforms.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
